Robert (Bob) E. Gurwell-Robles was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, August 22, 1952. His parents were missionaries in Del Rio, Texas on the Texas/Mexican border for many years, and it was there he taught his first Sunday school class at age 10. The experience piqued his interest in Bible study. |

José Gustavo Velázquez-Chávez was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, August 20, 1971. He graduated from the Institute of Adminstrative and Computer Systems in 1988, and worked for several years as a computer graphics designer helping to create commercials for press, radio, and television. He and Silvia Veloz Sandoval were married in 1993 in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, México. They have three children: David, Silvia Betsaida, and Pricila. |
