Chennai, India is located on the east coast of southern India and is home to more than 6 million of India’s 1.1 billion people. It is the fourth largest city in India and one of the 35 largest metropolitan areas in the world. The name was changed (from Madras) to Chennai in 1996, although Madras is still widely used. The tenth regional center for Good News Productions, International was dedicated in Chennai in May of 2006.
