 From the first time I met Dr. Sergei Golovin, I was impressed that this was a man worth listening to at any and every opportunity. His keen mind, vast educational experiences, and dry sense of humor were noteworthy enough; but what was really engaging and appealing was his ability to effectively present the Gospel to the academic world of Russians and Eastern Europeans in culturally relevant ways. It just made sense that in time, Sergei and Ziden (founder of GNPI) would meet and a partnership would evolve that would accelerate the impact of both ministries!

Good News From a Far Country

Proverbs 25:25 says, "Like cold water to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country." Well, that is some very good news and there is even more. This week our team leaves for Bangkok to shoot a video program on Easter. This DVD will be used by Christians throughout Thailand to share the meaning of Easter with their non-Christian families and friends. While in Bangkok, we will also shoot footage for a DVD we are making of some Thai Christians giving their testimonials...

Today was special! We didn't plan it that way, but that is the way it turned out. We were videotaping the testimony of a Thai friend of ours. Her name is Tip. She is the wife of a very good friend of mine and agreed to come to our studio and share the story of how she came to know Jesus.

"One of a Kind" Letter . . .

 Letters like the one we received from our regional director in south east Asia last week may only come once in a decade!
Because of security issues, I can’t share the person’s name, location or full contents of the letter. But in stilted English, he shared about his vision, along with that of his colleagues to reach their country—a very dangerous country—for Christ!
