Do you remember when M-TV first started broadcasting?  At the time I thought it was something creative and exciting.  Now, it’s deteriorated to erotic and vulgar videos that I hope my daughters never see!  Many fear it’s too late to reclaim the minds of youth who are captivated by this stuff. Yeast, Salt, and Music in Africa

Most of the time change comes gradual. The sun comes up and the fog dissipates over the course of hours. Yeast is placed in the bread dough and the lump set aside for the yeast to work and the dough to rise. Salt is rubbed into the steaks on the grill and over the next few minutes the seasoning permeates lunch! Yeast and salt are two examples Jesus used to welcome and educate his potential kingdom followers on the process of godly, gradual change of relationships, and eventually an entire culture, from the inside out!

Kamau Karongo was born in Gachie, Kenya in 1980. There were 9 kids in his family! Wow! “I started singing in church as a small boy. I was saved in 1999 but even before then I was drawn to the work and ministry of the church. I think my mum’s death really made me rethink my life. It was then that I gave my life to Christ.”
