Clamor!

In November 2009 there was a collaborative effort to bring the region surrounding Piedras Negras together in prayer called Clamor.
Many area preachers came together to design a strategy to get the Christians in the area to join forces for 21 days of fasting and prayer.
GNPI-Mexico had the privilege of producing a video to help promote the effort. Director Gustavo Velázquez wrote the music, shot video from various locations in the region, and edited it into a 10-minute video that went out to the area churches. The video invited them to be a part of this powerful prayer event and challenged people to be united in prayer for their cities to make a change, "If you want a better city, be part of the change."
There were more than 50 churches that joined in Clamor—churches from Piedras Negras, Acuna, Allende to Eagle Pass and Del Rio. In a culture that is heavily influenced by gangs, drugs, and the cult of death. Christians are painfully aware that there is a need to change and humble themselves in prayer so that the culture will go to their knees and accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. Please join our brothers and sisters in Christ and help them pray for a revival among the Hispanic people.
